Ivor Aires Carvalho the founder of C.I.C - GOING GLOBAL, having gained extensive experience as an Immigration Consultant eventually decided to turn his free volunteer services into a professional business. Associated with a network of immigration lawyers & other professionals, Ivor has created C.I.C - GOING GLOBAL today into one of Canada’s leading and most trusted immigration consultancy firms.
