As a Consultant what can you do
for me?
Our job is to help you. Consulates are swamped
with work hence keeping them very busy. Quite often people reviewing
the forms are not always visa officers. These people are local clerks
who are not immigration experts; hence their efficiency covering the
whole gamut of immigration affairs could be questionable. Quite
often mistakes happen and even documents get misplaced. We therefore
act as your trusted and reliable representative. We explain to
you the options available under the law and policy.

How do I know that as a Consultant you are knowledgeable?
We take the time to answer your questions satisfactorily
and to the best of our knowledge. This is not something you have
to your advantage if you are on your own. On the contrary you
may have a hard time at times to understand the system you have to
work with.

Can't I get my answers from Canada Immigration?
Getting general help or answers to specific questions
from Immigration some times is impossible. This is where we come in
effectively. We
help you at every stage of the application process. We tell you what
documents are needed for submission to Immigration Canada, closely study
that your forms are filled properly before we release them to the visa
processing office. Only when we feel confident that your application
is ready we will then submit it with a covering letter highlighting your
skills and abilities. We will even endeavor to prepare you for
the interview if one is required.
top
Can you move the application faster?
There are no hidden methods or magic of getting
your case through the visa processing office quicker or faster. All
that is needed is just hard work. If anyone tells you that they can do
it faster that is "simply lying". But, what we can do for
you is to make sure that your application is not slowed down.

What makes you so much different from others
in the same practice?
We know precisely how to proceed. We know what
exact information is actually required to get the attention of the
officials the first time. The Canadian Government has cut back on embassy
staff the world over. Because of this, a locally hired clerk often
reviews applications. Now, if the clerk feels that your application
has not met the requirements, the application is quiet simply returned!
No attempt is made to clarify the matter and you most likely will lose
your application fee. We make every effort to avoid such a situation
because we know how very costly this can be especially when it involves
an entire family. This is exactly where we make a huge difference under
such circumstances. We
will review your application professionally. Once we have submitted
your application we will track its progress through the system.

Tell me, do I really need a Consultant?
Definitely you do - if you want your application
to be processed more quickly and efficiently. We will also advise
you what to provide us correctly without any waste of time. By
providing things correctly the first time your application is processed
more quickly. I am also quite aware of when cases or documents get misplaced. This
can happen all too often. Remember that cases are reviewed very
quickly, and if you have applied in the wrong category embassy
staff do not have the time to correct it. They simply reject your case
outright. You must therefore decide for yourself if you have the
time and can afford all this to happen. Mistakes can be very costly in
so many ways! You then begin to realize that there is often no
one to answer your questions and it is too late to get the real answers
you are looking for. This is why it is so very imperative you need
to get your self and your family a professional immigration consultant.

How valuable are your services as a Consultant?
One of the most valuable services we provide is
answering your questions. We get so many calls/emails/faxes from people
all ver the world with a lot of valid questions. These are people
who have attempted to do the process on their own. When we ask them why
they are calling they tell us they have no one to go to. While
we surely appreciate receiving their calls we try to help. But
quite often it is too late or often very difficult to fix mistakes that
have already been made. Canadian Immigration policies can be confusing
to understand. Quite often, even a little mistake can hurt! This
is something you want to avoid, if you can. Using the services of a
Professional Immigration Consultant is often appreciated because the
Immigration Officer is able to communicate clearly with him or her.

Finally, should I hire a Consultant or a Lawyer?
There are a number of questions you should look
into prior to committing to using the services of any professional Immigration
Practitioner.
Firstly, years of experience that this person has?
Because the person is a lawyer does not mean that he or she is familiar
with the processing of immigration cases. They can be very complicated
and you do not want this person learning from your case.
Secondly, make sure you understand how the billing
is done. Is it a flat fee or by the hour. If it is by the hour as most
lawyers' charge, remember that every time you phone to ask about your
case it costs you more money. This is not the case with a Consultant.
Thirdly, what is their background with immigration?
Lastly - do you trust this person and do you feel
comfortable with him or her? When all the other questions are answered
trust is what you are left with. In many cities you will have a choice
of professionals to choose from. This is good. But in the end
you must trust the person who will always tell you the truth about
your application whether it is good news or bad? Find out if this person
cares about you and your case?

What about the fees charged?
Check out the fees charged. If someone is quoting
you something really high or really low ask yourself why. Most professionals
charge within a common range. A lot more is not necessarily better
and a lot less is definitely not necessarily better. Request for some
references or maybe even to see a couple of reference letters.

you must be comfortable with the people you are dealing with. You

Consultant should be reasonable, and be willing to answer your concerns.
